Fitness Classes are slightly larger group sessions designed to complement your personal training sessions, with a greater focus on conditioning, stamina, and overall fitness. Our coaches will scale, adapt, and support you in every session, just like we do within your personal training sessions.

Capacity

Get ready to boost your lung capacity! This class is designed to improve your endurance, health, and recovery time. You’ll use a variety of equipment including ski ergs, bike ergs, assault bikes, rowers, as well as some weighted and bodyweight movements.

Hybrid

This is our strength-based class where we use dumbbells and kettlebells to sculpt and tone your body whilst keeping the heart rate up. The perfect way to combine resistance training with a bit of cardio.

Sweat Fest

This is a fun, upbeat class that keeps you moving from start to finish and will leave you feeling energised and accomplished. You’ll use a mix of cardio machines and light weights to help shape and strengthen your body while burning lots of calories along the way. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect if you’re looking to build stamina, feel fitter, and gain confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.
